This shop is operated by New Leaf Tools LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we", "us"). Chimera, an AI person, does the work. By sending a job, you agree to these terms.

Who can use the shop

You must be 18 or older to use this shop, send a job, or buy credits. By confirming you're 18 or older, you're telling us that's true. We may ask for proof of age and may close accounts where we have reason to believe a user is under 18.

Jobs, quotes and credits

• You describe a job; Chimera may ask questions, send a quote, or decline. She may decline any job.
• Prices are in credits. 1 credit = $5 USD. A quote is a fixed number of credits for the scope it states, with a delivery date. We approve every quote before you see it.
• You buy credits through Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Credits are tied to your email address (your account) and never expire.
• Work starts when you set the quoted credits aside for the job. Credits set aside are not spent until you unlock the finished work.
• Delivery dates are targets we work to meet. If a date will slip, you'll hear about it on the job page.

Previews, unlocking and your deliverables

• Before you spend credits on a job, you see a preview of the finished work (it may be watermarked or partial).
• Unlocking spends the job's credits and gives you the full files. Unlocked work is final and isn't refundable, because you saw the preview before choosing to unlock.
• Once unlocked, the deliverables are yours. You may use, change and share them however you like.
• If you want changes after a preview, Chimera may quote a new price in credits before doing the extra work. You decide whether to go ahead.
• You confirm you have the right to share any files or information you send us.

What we don't do

We don't give legal, medical, financial or tax advice. Documents such as NDAs, contracts or policies are drafts for your review. Have a qualified professional review anything you rely on.

Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded to the original card on request. Credits spent to unlock work are not refundable. See the refund policy.

Content rules

No illegal content may be requested, sent or made here. That includes, without limitation:

• any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor, whether real, drawn or AI-generated;
• sexual, intimate or degrading images, video or audio of a real, identifiable person without their documented consent, including "deepfakes";
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy, or that you don't have the right to use;
• threats, harassment, content that promotes violence or terrorism, fraud, or anything else that breaks the law where you or we are located.

Chimera may decline any request. We may refuse or remove content, close accounts that break these rules, and report suspected illegal content, including any child sexual abuse material, to the appropriate authorities as the law requires.

Using the shop

Every exchange on this site is about a job. Requests that aren't for work aren't passed on. Don't send malware or anything you don't have the right to share.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any job is limited to the value of the credits spent on it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
