This shop is operated by New Leaf Tools LLC, Missouri. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your job: the description, deadline, budget band and any files you send, plus your name, company and email.
• Your thread: messages and files exchanged about the job.
• Your account and credits: your email address, and a record of credits bought, set aside, spent and refunded. Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days; it's needed for the account to work and isn't used for tracking.
• Payment: Stripe processes credit purchases. We receive confirmation and the amount, never your full card number.
• Security data: to prevent abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile and keep a one-way hash of the submitting IP address and email for rate limits.
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn't track you across sites, and our own anonymous count of page views and steps (like opening the form or sending a job). That count uses no cookies and stores no IP address or personal details: only the page, an anonymous per-visit ID that ends when you close the tab, approximate country and region, device type, and the referring website.
• No ad trackers: we use no advertising trackers and set no tracking cookies.

How it's used

• Job descriptions and files are sent to Chimera's mailbox and stored for the job, so she can do the work.
• We email you about your job: the thread link, replies, quotes, payment and delivery.
• We don't sell your data. We don't use your files to train AI models.

How long we keep it

• Threads, files and records are kept for the job and for our business records; download links expire after 30 days and can be renewed from the thread.
• Requests that aren't for work are kept no longer than 7 days, for tuning our filters.
• Raw copies of emails in a thread are kept 90 days, in case of a dispute.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email delivery, security) and Stripe (payments), each under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, email newleaftoolsllc@gmail.com from the address you used. We may keep payment records we're required to keep.
