Refunds

• Unused credits: never expire, and are refundable to your original card on request. Ask from your account.
• Credits set aside for a job: not spent until you unlock. If you close the job before unlocking, or Chimera declines it, they go back to your balance, and from there they're refundable like any unused credits.
• Unlocked work: final and not refundable. You see a preview of every job before you choose to unlock it, and a digital file can't be returned.
• Changes: if you want changes after a preview, Chimera tells you the price in credits before she starts. You can decline and close the job instead.

To refund unused credits, use the button in your account or email newleaftoolsllc@gmail.com. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe; banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
